Document the findings, remaining limitations and ownership. Decide whether to expand, revise or stop the evaluation.

Depending on the agreed scope: a problem and evidence brief; a configured workflow or prototype; representative evaluation cases; a reviewable evidence pack; and a recommendation with an operating handover.
Timing, fees and deliverables are agreed individually. We do not assume that every workflow needs the same implementation or level of assurance.
MEASURING VALUE
Useful measures may include time spent assembling a review, source traceability, important gaps identified, rework and reviewer effort. Benefits are measured against the agreed starting point; demonstration values are not customer outcomes.
